Very responsive, and even though they were going through big Japanese holidays, my package arrived in my house a whole month early then eBay expected delivery. Only bad thing is the tag, it came out bent, but it's definitely nothing they can control, and I do not blame them. International shipping is very hard. The order looks exactly like the picture, and the appearance is very nice, and very high quality. It was definitely worth the value. The figure itself is as described; new and was also packaged very well!! Even though shipping was a bit slow for me, it still arrived quickly afterwards once it shipped a week later.
