Though the shipping label was created relatively soon, item did not get to the shipper until four days after purchase. Was needing the item for repair, so it delayed the repair. I'd be hesitant about using this seller again for that reason.

I admit that I was getting frustrated and a bit rude, due to wanting more communication about my original orders and the replacements being sent to an FPO address instead of my APO address. Turns out, it was not the seller's fault. I apologize. Thank you for the extras and replacement.
