    Mark was excellent and the product looks GREAT. The item was exactly as described, good value, well packaged, shipped quickly. I highly recommend this seller AAAA++++ DHL - not so good (may have good service in USA) ebay sent email that DHL made a delivery attempt to our residence on Monday August 26. My wife and I were home - no attempt was made! Got a message from Canada Post on Wednesday August 28 that they had the package - I have it now. Others have expressed same frustration with DHL
