I talked to seller and we had different tracking IDs both started at the same location and then during transport it was changed or something. Almost for sure it was shipping service mistake that they marked the packet wrong in the middle of transit.. Seller also apply a partial refund which is enough for me.

I was certainly worried to make such a large person online, but the product is exactly as advertised. It took a bit longer to send out for shipping than I'd have liked, but once it went out, it made it to me in about 3-4 days. So far all benchmarks are coming out clean! Note: Seal on the graphics box card (not the package) was broken, but the product still appeared new with no blemishes or defects.
