Product matched the listing condition (new), but didn't match the listing description. There was an article missing; however, the item received was brand new in factory seal so I blame the manufacture for the error. Regardless, spoke with customer service and they were very fast and friendly in response. I've bought a fair amount of stuff from them in the past and can't wait to buy from them again. 100%. Great company.

My three box sets were shipped quickly with UPS signature required, the price was very good and they were well packaged, this is a very big company and I sent a few messages and didn’t get a response from a person. I did get a prompt return message but each time it was a computer generated message. Other than that I received excellent service. 5STARS*****
