    Excellent experience! The laptop fully matched the listing photos and description. It arrived in the original box, securely sealed with tape. Inside, the laptop was in a sealed padded envelope surrounded by packing material. BIOS had no passwords or Computrace tracking. CPU temperature was normal, suggesting it was cleaned and thermal paste replaced before shipping. Original charger included. Fast shipping and no issues with payment transaction.
