They hadn't been worn or tried on, so I couldn't figure out where the odor was coming from. They were packaged in shoe covers and the odor was in them as well. The shoe does look exactly like the picture and they fit as expected. They are really pretty and I can't wait to wear them!

Shipping was slow - 2 weeks - and the tracking info was never updated. Overall, the Sandals are a great buy and if shipping time isn't an issue for you, I would recommend buying from seller.
