They quickly ran by board through testing and found that it was in good working condition. They did not text or email, they actually called me directly to get more information about my symptoms and offered expert guidance as to troubleshooting other likely causes before reconditioning and sending my board back to me. I was able to fix the issue thanks to Korey

They also went above and beyond to help me troubleshoot after the replacement board didn't fix the problem immediately - turns out the main wiring harness also needed to be replaced. After all of that I'm back up and running! I'd definitely recommend them to others. They saved me a ton of money and their expertise was very valuable. A+
