This product is manufactured in the UK, each product is made to order, so definitely NOT Chinese, nor one size fits all. The pad comes in pony, cob, full and extra full, and the bands can be fully adjusted to fit any horse, so I am not sure why you think it cannot be adjusted. It is sad you did not reach out to us if you were having a problem, as a small independent company we do our best to help solve any problems.

You ordered on the 12th May and according to tracking it was signed for on the 27th May which is 2 weeks (15 days) from order.
