Was in IT mode like described, however I did need to flash the latest firmware. Packaged well and arrived a week earlier than expected. Great value as this card + 2 cables cost less than what the two cables alone cost on Amazon. Highly recommend if you're looking for an HBA card and can wait on two weeks shipping.

Runs quite hot without cooling (80 deg C), but this is expected as it is designed for a proper server cabinet. I easily managed the temperature with a small fan (60mm) pointing towards the heat sink. Steady 30-40 degrees C.

Their communication was prompt and professional, and they quickly offered both help with diagnosing issues and provided a good solution. It’s easy to trust a seller when everything goes right, but when a seller proves that they can handle situations where things go awry, that is way better of an indicator of their integrity, and proves, to me at least, that JiaWen deserves a 99.2% positive grading.

I was certainly worried to make such a large person online, but the product is exactly as advertised. It took a bit longer to send out for shipping than I'd have liked, but once it went out, it made it to me in about 3-4 days. So far all benchmarks are coming out clean! Note: Seal on the graphics box card (not the package) was broken, but the product still appeared new with no blemishes or defects.

Shipping was fast (Received one week before what was estimated!)
