I firmly believe you can trust this seller as I had this item arrive with some light damage and we resolved it in a way that was easiest and best for all parties involved. They cannot help an item getting damaged (was packaged just fine!) but they quickly resolved the issue beyond my satisfaction and done so very quickly. A+²
