I recommend using a shipping box for hats instead of a shipping envelope. The hat was crushed during shipping. Hopefully the creases from being crushed comes out.

I messaged the seller early Christmas Eve. The sender notified me they would send a refund within 3 days. The package ARRIVED around Noon, Christmas Eve. Good Job on the part of the seller...Not So Good for USPS...Package was "ADDRESSED CORRECTLY!"LC-1 H Style Suspenders Military Army Tactical Load Bearing Pistol Belt ALICE (N° 273925237424)
