No communication. Other products were exactly as described but this experienced let the seller down. I understand being busy, but if you forget to send the item the responsibility is on yourself to at least communicate. Advised to lodge this as mail theft with Royal Mail but wouldn't do that. Ebay gave buyer a courtesy refund.

The seller then sent me a reply saying, as you are unhappy with your purchase, you will be sent a refund and you can shop else where.
