I believe this is more due to the shipping company / USPS , so not really the seller’s fault. However, after contacting the seller, he said he had already set aside a replacement and was sending it to me. Unfortunately that was the last I ever heard from him and I never received any refund, further response, or replacement items despite multiple attempts to give him an opportunity to respond.
