We have almost 8000 sales on eBay w/close to 100% positive feedback. This customer was difficult from the get go sending me lowball offers & asking for lower prices. The item we shipped was exactly what is in the listing & she complained that it wasn't the "hard" version. Nowhere in the listing does it reflect "hard" and the UPC in GS1 matches the "mild" version we shipped her. I would strongly encourage other sellers to avoid her. We will block her!
