After reporting the missing package that was delivered to some other random address (delivery photo was not my address) they simply gave up and told me it was my problem. As soon as I informed the seller of this issue, they went ahead and sent another manual via a much more reliable service: the POST OFFICE! it arrived promptly by Priority Mail.
