The transportation details became available straight away but unfortunately the package got lost in the warehouse of the transporation company. This was all visible in the tracking details, hence, no blame can be made to the seller. Chen (the seller) communicated well in response to my questions. Unfortunately the package is officially lost. I did however get a full refund by the seller - who I can mark as a thrustworthy person. Items were independently packed in bubble wrap. and then placed in a strong cardboard box. Excellent seller, probably the best I experienced in long time. I am an Ebay seller/buyer for over 20 years.
