Seller is saying the item has been used but it absolutely has not, the outer cellophane was removed to check the fitting, how else were we supposed to know that it wouldn't fit. We did try very hard to help. The part is fully compatible, This could easily have been checked before purchase by 1/ Looking at the accurate photos supplied 2/ Reading the listing 3/ message . There was no need to remove the clear see-through shrink hygienic wrapping to see what the fitting was ass it is detailed clearly in the listing & in the instructions. Filter had to be disposed of. We made a partial refund deducting only £10 to cover some of our costs.
