I advised I’d be happy to swap if they mailed the braided back. They wanted me to send out new hose asap… I said if you want PTFE hose then buy it and Ill refund the braided when you return it. Seems pretty logical. Occasionally people think all AN hoses are the same, once they learn this they figure out AN compatibility pretty fast. But in this case it was at the cost of my feedback score.
