He opened dispute with ebay (which I must have missed - my bad - hundreds of emails from ebay every day, mainly unimportant). Why no message to us? We responded to dispute by refunding. Paypal had nothing to do with any of this? Why open a dispute and leave +ive fb for the world without messaging us or giving a chance for friendly resolution. The internet creates dehumanises behaviour.

Boxed / shrink wrapped - in perfect condition (packaged so that jigsaw box could not be damaged/knocked in transit) and very prompt dispatch. I haven't opened the jigsaw as it is a gift so can't comment on the pieces themselves.
