    Ohio City Bicycle Co-op is fantastic. Out of no fault to OhioCityBicycleCo-op my purchase didn’t arrive although the tracking said it had. I sent 2 photos of what was received and I received an honest apology while knowingly it was not OhioCityBicycleCo-op’s fault. I was also fully reimbursed immediately. I have no doubt that what I purchased was exactly as described and packaged well. I looked to future purchases from OhioCityBicyleCo-op. David’s response was excellent. I am very pleased.

    Seller shipper item promptly upon purchase, and item was packaged well. Very happy with the pricing. I believe item description was incorrect, as this seat post appears to have 20mm offset and not zero offset as advertised. However, I believe this is partially on me as the buyer as the offset is visible in the photos provided in the listing. Overall happy with the purchase!
