    I had an issue with this item as it was not a hardcover as listed in the product details. While there was some clarification of this in the written description, I didn't see it at time of purchase, and my ebay search criteria had specified hardcovers only, so I was disappointed when the item arrived. The seller was quick to respond and went above and beyond my expectations to resolve this. Thank you. I think that ticks all the boxes for a seller. Would highly recommend.
