Product Information
Adapted from the popular novels by John Galsworthy and spanning the Victorian Era through the 1920s, the two FORSYTE miniseries - THE FORSYTE SAGA (2002) and THE FORSYTE SAGA, SERIES II (2003) - plunge into the passions and intrigues of a wealthy, sprawling British family. Series One stars Damian Lewis] as Soames Forsyte, an English solicitor from a well-to-do British clan who marries a beautiful, elite woman named Irene, but grows frustrated by his inability to possess her; episodes then follow the family's exploits over the ensuing two decades. Series Two visits the next Forsyte generation, with Fleur - the daughter of Annette and Soames, and Jon, the son of Jolyon and Irene -growing smitten with one another - with disastrous consequences. Both series appear in full in this box set. The huge, sprawling cast includes Corin Redgrave, Rupert Graves, Damian Lewis and Gina McKee.

The contents of the package (The cards inside the box were sealed plastic wrapped inside the box), but the box was NOT sealed like the other products marked as NEW that I ordered elsewhere. So, while I got what I wanted in good condition, it appears that the new only applied to the contents of the unsealed box. This did NOT devalue the product for my use but was different from what I expected cosmetically.
