Under very unusual circumstances, minimal sign of tampering/low value package. Seller was responsive to photo/video evidence and refunded in full immediately. Would do business again. Shipping is tricky with very low value bullion packages, and I was never subject to scrutiny or resistance, so I can’t complain.
