I was told I could ship it through wherever was cheaper, but they ended up covering shipping costs! This is a trustworthy, reliable, and customer-centered company. Absolutely recommend.

I was able to track the shipment on each step from Japan and it really took about the same time as a US to US shipment. The item was packaged the way I like in bubble wrap and two dust bags.
