While I was disappointed, I understand that mistakes can happen. I took her up on her offer and was happy with the solution.

Thankful that the seller had it in stock and it was in pristine condition. Shipping cost was outstanding as many sellers are trying to ship items upwards of $100. Insane! Packaging was great as the backpack was double wrapped. It was better than described.
