      item was as described, however the box was a bit damaged. i had an issue with the charge point, it decided to show an rcd error. i contacted the seller, almost immediately they said it should be installed by a trained professional, which had alarm bells going, yet they didn't mention that in the listing, i said i am a fully qualified electrician. they said they would get back to me the next day, which they didn't, i have had to sort it myself, not the best experience.

      Beware if you are thinking of purchasing. The seller is using stock photos showing the latest model. What I received was the older version which does not have same features. Seller sent this with no proper packaging other than its original box but seller taped over the entire box and stuck postage label on outside so box looks too tacky to to give this as a gift . I returned for full refund. Photos depict what I received.
