I had determined that this was a factory flaw no fault of the sellers.Upon notifying the seller about it they immediately sent me another brand new one, which worked flawlessly. The seller being very honest and with stellar communication, there would be no queston that i would buy from again. The condition of the mixer was even better than the pictures made it appear which was surprising. Other than a couple of cosmetic blemishes (which were clearly pictured in listing) this mixer looks brand new! Very happy with transaction and would gladly purchase from this seller again!!!
