    The item came as described. I wasn’t expecting showroom quality appearance from an older macbook, but didn’t disappoint me at the slightest. Very pleased with the condition. The seller has been exceptionally responsive and helpful as well, shipping was rapid and packaging was superb. I’d give 6 stars if I could. Great value product.

    I was a bit nervous about buying a second-hand laptop, particularly one which clearly had some history requiring refurbishment, but a month later I'm still delighted with it. When it arrived, I ran it through a thorough hardware check which it passed with flying colours. Postage was rapid; it arrived in good protective packaging ("Air Paq"). There were a few minor marks, entirely as described, but they seem to have done an excellent job with the new screen. Top marks: would happily use again.
