A short time later it developed a fault. The support and service i got from them to resolve the issue was fantastic even including a offer of a full replacement and constant updates on resolving the problem. I now have my laptop back in full working order. I can not recommend this company enough great service and definitely great value for money...Jim

Once unpacked the item was as described and the condition was immaculate. On opening up the unit you could see it had been professionally cleaned as all the internal components were pristine. Given the condition of the unit it was an absolute bargain and superb value for money.
