    Seller is trustworthy and immediately provided full refund, but an old/expired product was shipped to me by mistake. I received full refund within one hour of contacting seller, so service was A+. The product shipped clearly was opened (not new) and software code had been redeemed many years ago! Given the fast full refund, I believe honest seller mistake, but it did cost me a lot of time having to wait for this order to be delivered then re-order and wait again.
