    The seller was very helpful. They shipped promptly but there was a delay in transit and they opened a case and it showed up a day or two later. They were very prompt with their response and helpful with handling the delay which was not their fault. The product matched the description and I would purchase again in the future.

    The drive was shipped quickly and arrived in safe packaging with a bubble wrap sleeve inside a solid sturdy cardboard box with snug fit. The drive itself was DOA, however customer support responded to my RMA request quickly and gave me a return shipping label free of cost. I received a full refund after 24 hours of the drive being returned to their offices and inspected. I have purchased multiple HDD from this seller, this is the one and only time I had issues with the HDD I received.
