      This review should have been Negative, but taking in consideration the fast shipping and item as described is the reason for the neutral review, Item was poor package and one peace of the keyboard came broken, also all of the screws on the back of the case were missing but the main problem with this seller is “Communication” this person will replied to your question with sarcasm and irony, buyer be aware if you have a question or concern about the item you are buying.

      Ever have one of those buyers, who before the sale asks you a dozen questions about every little detail, tries to negotiate a price outside of the process? Then asks you to add software,boot disks & you answer all their questions then after the sale they keep asking questions before they even get the item & you say to yourself "I am going to be sorry I sold to this guy"? That's this guy. Steer clear. I sent the item in double walled cardboard w/ridiculous amount of packing. Item was as shipped.
