Packaging was bubble wrap, a piece of cardboard over the front and back, and a plastic bubble-wrap mailer. The book is in very good condition, but to me, not "Like New". I was surprised to find some scuffs in all 3 gilded edges, only the best of which was shown in the listing. A tiny dent in the edge of the front cover is barely visible in a photo. A slightly crushed corner may have happened in shipping. Very nice overall.
