Realizing the wrong knife had been sent I contacted the seller at 5:02 am Sunday morning. Seller responded by 5:12 am offing to make it right. We settled on a partial refund. Refund was issued by 7:38 am. Remember this was all on Sunday morning. Mistakes happen!! This seller delt with the issue above and beyond!!! Great seller
