They took very detailed pictures of the screen turned off, which not everyone does - as photographed, both screens were perfect upon receipt, unusual for pre-owned 3DS's. Received 4 days earlier than initially expected. It was doubly packaged very securely. This is an excellent seller!

Though the corner of the back plate was popping out when I got it. Though, no way to tell if that was from shipping or was before.
