The shoes came packaged in bubble wrap and plastic wrap but no box. As a result the shoes were received with one heel protruding from the package through a torn outer packaging layer. Goods arrived a day earlier than expected, but we're dropped on the front porch where they sat in the rain for a few hours, rather than at the covered side door where they would have been protected.
