I've been in the engraving business for over 20 years in central Illinois USA and this laser has not disappointed. The tech support is only via email but I have found them very quick in responding back to me, even when it's 0300 their time. Shipping was very fast via Fedex. It took a week from China to my door step. It is package well. This company sells a great product. I bought the 50W Galvo/Fiber laser.

The source of the machine parts is the same as for the US machines, at much lower cost. Excellent communication, and I'd deal with Gold CNC again. The packaging and shipping time were excellent. They use a top rated shipper.
