They worked with me on the timing of the shipment so it would arrive when I was in town, and then they packaged these speakers better than I have ever seen. The shipping box was not as strong as I would have liked and cushioning was adequate. The condition of the receiver not exactly as described but did function well overall. I contacted the seller about a couple of issues with the receiver and he offered a credit refund that I though reasonable.
