Item worked pretty good, brand new in box, looked great and it was a good price, but then shut off while it was running. Seemed like it was a manufactured defect and they offered to replace it no problem. The seller cared about the issue and responded fast to make it right. Thank you

He sent a message saying that he only had 2 individuals, so he sent them before consulting with me. I had to wait for the 2 to arrive, then return them. Never a price adjustment, and a refund only after he received the 2 back at his shop. Misrepresented what he had as 4 individuals wouldn't have done me any good. Should have communicated that he didn't have 4 before shipping any.
