I messaged him with a query on an album I’d bought from a different seller with had an error on it. Grant had the same album for sale, he checked it and confirmed it was ok. It was very well priced so I bought it. It came today, EXACTLY as described and plays beautifully. A true gent of a seller, it came well packed with a sleeve cover and sleeves for the discs too. I have nothing but praise because not everyone is so customer-focused and I will be buying from Vinyl XP in future with confidence. They have good deals on their site and the product I received was packaged very carefully with helpful tips about items to preserve your vinyl. Communication has been a pleasure and excellent and 5/5 for that. Thank you Grant.
