Also the item was represented as new, but the box had been opened. The Lego bags themselves had not. So it hasn’t been put together yet. The instruction folder was also still sealed. Really, not a big deal. It’s shown in the picture that one side is pretty taped up. Regardless, still exactly what I ordered! 9/10! Still a very positive interaction.

But they did except my return just still waiting on refund. All and all it all worked out.
