The box, though not factory sealed, was the original and in pristine condition. The parts were in the original plastic bags, sealed and complete. In fact, those looked completely new. The price was very reasonable and it was packed very carefully, so no damage occurred during shipment. It was shipped fast and arrived very quickly. I would not hesitate to buy from this seller again, and in fact, anxiously look forward to future transactions.

There was a small issue with the product. It was a plugin battery charger for a R/C car battery. The charger still worked and I was able to repair it. They offered to send me half of the money back as a refund and I excepted. Things sometimes happen. It’s how the seller responds that matters to me. I will buy again from them.
