The item was professionally packed in a wooden crate with extensive packing material. It was correctly labelled TOP. It had obviously been tampered with / damaged / smashed in transit - clearly the fault of the courier. I explained to the buyer that I was contacting the courier to find out what happened.Still waiting for a reply. I did not ignore messages.The courier is at fault.
