I also offered to send a replacement bowl which was refused. The buyer kept insisting that I file a claim with USPS to get my money back & expected to receive over $42 back in a cash refund. This amount was over 50% of the full purchase price. I requested that the buyer do return process to send back the other 2 bowls and I would give her a full refund, but this was also refused.

The packaging in the shipping box was outstanding (and the shipping price was quite reasonable). That candle wasn’t going anywhere - safe and secure. A truly great seller.
