The shipping took a while but Chris was wonderful to work with. He was on it immediately trying to track our window and even willing to make us another one if it was lost in the mail. He was extremely responsive. Our window was even more beautiful than was described. Chris’s work is amazing and it was worth every penny. Even the shipping crate was a work of art. The project was both intricate and heavy and was delivered in perfect condition. She was great at communicating throughout the process and was able to offer options and suggestions that improved my original concept for the piece. The price was quite reasonable.
