Laptop was OK, but when I type my email address in to send an email, only half the characters show up. I have to hammer on half the keys to get them to register. Not a useful laptop for traveling, have to take an external keyboard and mouse all the time. Not really what I wanted, but the new job doesn't allow personal laptops anyway, really don't need it now.

He packs them quite well and has always been prompt in sending them to me and helping me when I have had questions...
