This item was sold AS IS with no guarantees. It was packed well. The seller then wrote me over two weeks after receiving it and tried to claim it was damaged with a staged photo taken after removing the well-packaged stuffing to make it look like it was damaged. They were trying to get a partial refund. Take a look at this seller's negative and neutral feedback and you can see how they really operate.
