My entire experience with the AquaticArts folks was wonderful. When I had questions, they answered quickly. I was informed of each step along the way so I could plan being home for my new shrimp arrival. Looks just like the pics. My only issue with the vendor is I told them the two days during the week I am not home. Fish were shipped to arrive on a day I was not sopposed to be home.
