As far as getting the item to me, the Seller took every precaution possible and was extremely careful that I received the White sewing machine in the same condition as pictured. The sewing machine actually appears in better condition as described. It is of outstanding value. Repair and restoration should be straight forward. Seller is quite prompt, very courteous and accommodating. A real pleasure to talk to. Thank You!
